You can be darn sure that my fingers would need some extensive warming time after that kind of temperature differential!
Even in the Tropical Tip, we experienced temps in the mid-30s with this last norther that blew in. Humidity in my guitar room went down to 30%... considered putting the wood guitars back in their cases. Considered selling a couple of them and getting another CF.
