Hey Paul! Thank you. Yes. 2018 is much better than the past few months were to us.
As for memory ... I considered snapping the rubber band on the wrist trick, but after one time I wasn't impressed with the sting. It didn't help with remembering whatever I had already forgotten. All I can remember is that stupid rubber band welt stings!
