I have built several L00 s now, perhaps this is my 7th (?), and I have been using my FoxBender equivalent device with an OM bending form, and then pipe bending it to make the difference that an L00 requires. Today I splurged, call it a Christmas gift, and made an L00 specific form! The first side is in there is this very photo:
I have been using this exact device for perhaps 25 years, and have rethought it a few time, which you can probably see evidence of. But it does the job, and I see no reason to make a slicker looking version.

You probably can't see it, I can't see it myself, but this bracing to top proportional relationship is a radical departure from my norm! I suppose that is like most magic.
