It’s just like body building, if you want to develop/strengthen a certain muscle group, then you have to do the activity that works out that muscle group. Guitar playing uses hand/forearm muscles that we don’t normally use on a day to day basis, so it takes time to develop those.

Short answer; keep practicing barre chords and the muscle endurance will eventually come.
