Thanks, Dave. Since she got her X7, I can now play my (formerly yours) X20 again. I had lost it for a while....... She fell for that pattern in the wood, and is referring to it as her own personal
Select Series. The photos don't do it justice, but they tinted the back and sides a lovely shade we are calling Root Beer to closely match the wood. Just stunning.
A big thank you to Captain Jim for posting Emerald's photos on my behalf, and we appreciate all the nice comments so far. Alice has spent a lot of time with the guitar this week and has been inspired to learn some new slack-key tunes in Open G. Hopefully this weekend I can take some family photos of the
Green Brothers and their new little sister Bubinga, if the weather cooperates.
