Seriously though...CF gear for me sounds great. My old DR1000 goes everywhere in whatever weird climate shows up. And it has a wonderful bell-like quality as a strummer, and treble and bass are remarkably sweet.
I am really spoiled/blessed, however, because at my disposal is a really great Martin ceo7 and several Gibsons, so going back into the woods is a delight!

I also have and love a Martin CEO7 as well as other very nice wood guitars. The CF is nice because I can leave it in a hot car all day and it won't care.
