Much cleaner sound than the prior recording and a step in the right direction. The ADKs are definitely warmer with less higher frequencies than the Rodes, but both sound good. The Rodes recorded a hotter signal somewhere between 2 and 3 decibels, so balance that out when comparison listening.

There is some steady background noise (computer gear?) you should try to reduce.

From the sound I still think you are crowding the soundhole somewhat. Try backing away from the guitar another few inches, and don't point the mikes towards the soundhole.
