Here are the bindings & purfling being prepared right before they are bent:
Tim gives them a spritz of H2O to relax the wood:
As before the binding is set on the heat pad and then a metal plate is placed over them:
Tim slides them into the bending jig just as he did with the sides:
They are heated and cooled three times:
