Powertube - There are some Audio Technica mics, I think they're the 2020's.
Short story: While James Goodall was pursuing Doug Young's pick-up sound clips, trying to find a pick-up that he felt captured the tone of the guitar being recorded, he was struck by how wonderful the $5,000 Brauner (?) mics sounded...
Doug then sent James a clip of those same Brauner mics, and a-b'd them with the aforementioned AT2020's... the sound clips were startling, mostly because those AT mics (list price approx. $100!) sounded every bit as good as the $5,000 Brauners. James sent the clip to me, and there were aspects of the AT mics that I felt surpassed the Brauners!
James told me, later, that the only trouble with the AT mics was that they came with a "USB" plug on one end... seems like they'd be perfect for plugging into a computer port! And, inexpensive to boot...
