Luthiers' Headstock Logo directory
How often have we seen a guitar on video and not been able to
identify the maker? Is there a directory of luthiers' headstock logos? Sam |

Niko - Very cool site!

That website just took me off on a half-hour diversion! Now added to my favorites. Thanks for passing that on!

It's a very nice site, Jedi, and obviously a labor of love. Thanks for compiling it.

I have poor computer skills, so I'm not sure I can link to you, but please check out eastvirginiaguitars.com. Feel free to add our headstock and info. Thanks

Funny side note: when I had Mark Angus build me #35, I LOVED his work and every guitar of his I played, prior to ordering mine... but I REALLY didn't like the headstock logo he was using at the time... so I begged him to leave the headstock blank, promising him that I would ALWAYS announce to audiences who built these two fine guitars of mine...
And I do it, everytime I play out... but you'd have a deuce of a time trying to "name that guitar" from a pic of mine! |
