"A Cradle Prayer" Fingerstyle Guitar

This song originally appeared, to my knowledge, on a Christmas album sung by Rebecca St. James. I arranged this for fingerstyle guitar. I would love to have played this on a classical. My Martin OM35 sounds a little thin on the high notes because the neck is slightly drying out during these winter months even though the relative humidity in my home is around 40%.

Enjoy and please let me know what you think of the arrangement.
I left a link in the description of the original performance by Rebecca.

Ed, I just love the way you play ! This is a new song for me so thanks for the introduction. In regards to the dry neck on the guitar, I have been using the Planet Waves humidity packs for about three years now and that has really solved the humidity issues for my guitars. You might want to check them out.

Enjoyed that Ed, not heard it before. Nice arrangement, good playing and a lovely melody.

Thanks Bud for having a listen. We had a cold spell and it dried things out. Now it's coming back the other way, currently running about 43% humidity. Thanks for the suggestion too. Might have to check out the Planet Waves pack.

Thanks so much Phil for your kind words and for listening to the song.
I wrote this for a student of mine to perform it during our Christmas program. He did a fine job. Thanks again,
Ed

Sounds good. Thanks for sharing. Does that red capo also glow in the dark?

Ha Ha! Thanks Rick. The capo doesn't shine in the dark, but I think that a great marketing idea for Kaiser.
