Up for sale is an almost NEW...LIKE new...Taylor 612ce 12 FRET. I Purchased this NEW approx 6 weeks ago at Gruhn's guitars. This was my 2nd trip into Taylor Land. First of all this guitar is AMAZING. It's the standard re-done maple/sitka short scale 12 fret. The back of this guitar to me is the prettiest back on any guitar anywhere I've ever seen...it's just perfect. This guitar has a deep tone for such a small body. It is so comfortable to play. SHORT SCALE!!!..You ask..why are you selling it? Well...I've gone down the vintage road...never to look back. I love this guitar's acoustic tone...but a.. I'm in no hurry. I know I'm gonna take a beating since I bought it new...Priced/shipped/insured to the Cont US..for $2650. If you have something vintage (think Gibson L-OO, Kalamazoo, or Martin D-18..maybe??)we could work up some kind of trade... but I'd rather sell. Let me know if you think the price is too high. Sorry for the reflections!!!..comes with standard hard case.

Folks...If I hadn't gone vintage and replaced this with a 56 Martin OO-18 to strum on the couch...I'd keep it....but I got too many....Taylor 12 frets are so much bigger than they appear...and the short scale is great!!!
