Taylor 412ce 2013 SOLD

To my eyes this is the prettiest guitar I've owned. The intricate grain of the Granadilla back and sides is stunning. The spruce top with rock maple binding lends it a vintage vibe. Were I to keep it, I'd add a set of antique brass Gotoh tuners. My pictures don't start to give this instrument justice.

It also has beautiful tone and playability. Unfortunately, I need to let it go. I recently received my Halcyon 000-12, ordered on 12/31/2104. I told my wife I'd be happy with 2 guitars. Truth be told, as a talentless, chronic beginner, I'm unworthy of any of my guitars. However, each brings me great joy as I noodle finger style on the couch entertaining my dogs. When my local Taylor Authorized Technician and expert player tried out the 412ce, I was amazed at the tone and nuances it possessed. I was flattered as he handed it back saying "that's a great guitar".

Reduced price $1450 shipped and PayPal fees. Given the time of year, I'll plan to ship it out on a Monday so that it will arrive by Friday of the same week to avoid setting somewhere over a weekend.

These are amazing sounding guitars. I (regretfully) sold mine 2 yrs ago and would make an offer on this one in a heartbeat if I had the $. I was told by Taylor that they scheduled to build only 80 of these in the GC size.

I have no affiliation with the seller, but can tell you this is as sonically pleasing as they are eye appealing.
