Question about strings

I'm pretty new to archtops so I've been watching a lot of videos on youtube, especially those by John Pizzarelli. I noticed that the strings on his guitar are black. Can anyone tell me what brand of stings he's using?

I'm pretty sure he uses La Bella Nylon Tapewound strings.
