Places/websites to sell guitars

Outside of the AGF and eBay, can anyone recommend good places to sell a guitar? UK suggestions would be great

In North America I can give a thumbs up to Reverb.com.

Thumbs up for Reverb.com. More hassle free sales for me there than other on line site . Fee runs about 3%, the take care of everything, payment via PP or CC.

I believe it's 3.5%. I've bought and sold on Reverb. It has always been a positive experience as buyer or seller.

I recently sold a guitar in just a few hours on Reverb. Great experience.

Gram Parsons! Grievous Angels is one of my faves.

Yep, it's 3.5% fee (with $350 max which is great) plus Pay Pal fees are separate.
I haven't bought a guitar off feeBay in years. No good deals there anymore. Fees are way too high. 10% eBay fee + Pay Pal 3% + shipping. Then you have to factor-in the best offer. You can't tack all that onto the price and pass it to the buyer. No one will even look at it. Like myself.

Check to see what Elderly would give you for it. You can also sell there on consignment. That place gets a lot of traffic!

Reverb tops the list though I've had good luck with ebay as well.

I will put in another vote for Reverb. Fees are around 6% I believe, but it's an easy site to use, and if you let you buyers use the Reverb checkout, they can qualify for financing. We signed up for Reverb after getting a few emails from then inviting us to try the site, and I am glad we did. The site is easy to use, and the support is second to none. We currently have 176 guitars listed on Reverb, but we will definitely add more guitars to our Reverb Shop as time permits.

Trying out reverb along with gumtree.co.uk and usedguitars.co.uk which are both free ads sites although gumtree is a jack of all trades rather than just instruments. Likely to have a hard time selling as the Avian brand of my guitar isn't well known plus these sites usually want you to pay to bump posts, reverb also looks to be largely US/Canada users :(
