Any Info About Yamaha LD10
I saw a Yamaha LD10 acoustic guitar at a local Pawn Shop.
I didn't have much time to looks at it though. Anyone have one or know anything about them? Looks to be about 15 years old with a good neck angle. |
From the Yamaha website:
Year(s) Sold: 1991-96 Original MSRP(US$): $759.00 Top: Solid White Spruce Back / Sides: Indian Rosewood Neck: African Mahogany Fingerboard: Indian Rosewood Bridge: Indian Rosewood Body Depth: 100-125mm Color(s): Natural Finish: Urethane Tuners: TM-37G String Length: 650mm Nut Width: 43mm (55mm@14th fret) Notes: Hand Crafted - Sunburst and tint finishes available for additional cost (Not in US) |
Thanks for your response.
The fret board and bridge looked like ebony. They must dye it. The specs that you listed looks like the guitar has ply sides and back. It was in good shape and came with a hard case. Not bad but I don't need it. Looks like a good deal for someone in the market though. |
It gets great reviews at Harmony Central, but then so does everything.
I'd love to have one. http://reviews.harmony-central.com/r...aha/LD-10/10/1 |
I saw the reviews there. Some stated that the sides and back were solid and others said that they were ply.
I'm betting ply. |
