After listening to the wise advice of my fellow members on AGF I’ve decided not to sell.
My apologies.

Dale Fairbanks is regarded as perhaps the finest contemporary luthier at capturing the dry, woody sound of vintage Gibsons. This one is no exception. It sounds great finger-picked or strummed with a pick.
Loads of Headroom.
Excellent condition but for the following:
2 small nicks at the heel.
Light wear around the sound hole.

Slight finish imperfections on the top, mostly visible only upon close scrutiny at the correct angle and light. I tried to photograph these as best I could. If you're looking for a perfect top, this isn't for you.

24-3/4" Scale
1-3/4" Nut
2-3/8" String Spacing at Saddle

The neck profile simulates the thicker necks of 30's Gibsons, although not as thick as some of those baseball bats!
It measures 7/8" deep at the 1st fret and 1" at the 11th fret. (The transition to the heel begins at the 12th fret.)
If you insist upon thin neck profiles, this guitar is not for you.
I spoke with Dale about the guitar several years ago and he remembered it. He said he thought the thicker neck enhanced the sound.

I searched a long time for a great Slope D and tried all the usual suspects before settling on this one.
Nowadays I find smaller body guitars more comfortable to play.
