Danny Boy Long Intro & My Funny Valentine - D'angico
 

Still learning my way around my Christmas gift to myself a D'angelico Excel and wanted to share my improvised rendition of Danny Boy with a little bit of My Funny Valentine. There is a long improvised jazz intro at the beginning followed by Danny Boy. I end with a feeble attempt at My Funny Valentine excuse the mistakes.

I have always believed that for every famous musician, there are hundreds, if not thousands, who play for their own enjoyment, or for a very few, who are equal or better than the “pros”.
You are one of those.
Your playing is effortless and extremely ennjoyable, and to me you have a comforting sound, if that makes sense.
