My amp stand for a Loudbox Mini
Maybe old stuff to some of you but I made an amp stand for my Loudbox Mini out of an old stacking stool I wasn't using. Similar to this one.
https://static1.squarespace.com/stat...1479596541513/ I removed the seat and put some foam pipe insulation tubes around the horizontal seat bars for padding and placed the amp on top. It sits level so it still tilts like it would on the floor only now it's up off the floor at just the height I like it to be. |
Its smart to re purpose furniture. Good job.

I did much the same but I used an old folding chair. The main difference was by folding up, it was much easier to transport.

Great recycle. i love the look of those atlas
stands. the ones made out of wood. Quite spendy. but room for 1rack space underneath. i would love to find plans for one of those and build out of a pallet. www.atlas-stands.com |

Great idea. To me if you can't get the Mini at least 10-12 " off the floor, why bother.

This is great, please suggest more amp stand options. I too have a Loudbox mini amp, and would like some inexpensive options to choose. Thanks!

I ended up using a foldable step stool I got from Target. I originally was going to get the Onstage rs4000, but the D.I. output gets blocked by the vertical bar. So it renders me useless to use it. But with the step stool, the amp sits perfectly on it.
If anyone is still looking, a foldable step stool is perfect for the Loudbox Mini. |
