Nazareth / Bethlehem PA isn't really Western PA, but it seems to hold promise to be quite a gathering with a good variety of seminars and jam circles. I'm making a long weekend of it and travelling from Michigan to attend.

I'll be going to Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh this Fall as a freshman... I just started playing in January and am really enjoying it. I'm thinking of majoring in Mechanical Engineering w/ a minor in Sound Technology.

I have not found anything in the Cleveland - Akron - Canton area at all except local bluegrass jams, and I have been searching since Jan. The bad part is most of those turn into a drunk feast, unfortunately.....

I'm in the Akron area. I've organized a couple of get-togethers at Wildwood Music in Coshocton, Ohio in the past. Don't have the time to do the organizational stuff this year, but if I'm not traveling, I'd sure attend. someone who has the time, just pick a spot to assemble and advertize it here.

Im located in the Steubenville Ohio ---East Liverpool Ohio area on the Ohio river 39 miles west of Pittsburgh Mostly bluegrass events around here RANDY---rcoolz
