Hey, I just found out that Dan Crary will be at Gand Music on Monday, April 10 @ 7:00 pm

This will be a Taylor Guitar sponsored flatpicking guitar workshop. Dan is an amazing flatpicker and a great performer. If you have never seen him play you owe it to yourself to attend. And it's free so what could be better.

Dan is a Chicago native so it is always good to see him back here.

His workshops include intermediate to advanced aspects of flatpicking, a wealth of technical information, and tidbits about the history of flatpicking. Dan is a highly entertaining performer – don’t miss him.

Gand music is located at 780 Frontage Rd. Northfield. They are on the west side of Eden's Highway between Willow and Tower.

I just found out today that Gand will have a selection of GS Taylors at the Dan Crary event. They are getting their first order of them soon. So, come early and try one out. Maybe we can get Dan to play one. Last time he was there he played my 855e.

A BUMP and an update.

I stopped by Gand tonight (April 4th) and they have the first batch of GS Taylors in the store. Two of each model. One with ES and the other with out. I played all four versions and they are amazing guitars. Still the Taylor sound; just more of it, and better bass response. See my post in the Taylor section.

So come early and try out an GS. :D
