I'm still considering it if I can't firm up a roommate for the T&C. There is just noway I can afford $109/night for 3 nights plus all the taxes by myslef.

That hotel is only a stone's throw from my driveway (well, if you could throw a stone two miles). As my guest will probably be providing his own transportation, I may well be able to swing by there and pick some folks up if transportation is an issue...

It was me, but I think its a Motel 6 at I-8 and Magnolia..........isnt it??

I will have my own car, so transportation isnt a problem with me.
Is anyone else staying there also?

Okay, that sounds like it'll be on the south side of I-8, a bit further east in El Cajon. You're still pretty close to the factory, though...
