July 9th looms on the horizon, and I still havent made up my mind. It appears even if i do go to T-Stock, I am not going to be buying a new guitar. Other expenses take precedence. I already have one of the most gorgeous Taylors in the world, and I need a digital camera, among other things.

Anyway, I still dont have a plane ticket...Prices on them just suck. Im planning to fly, if i go, on Delta or United so I can earn FF miles, and their fares to San Diego are stuck around 400 bucks.

J.R. If you are reading this, I know I havent paid (because obviously I havent committed yet) but i know I am still registered and for what its worth, I wear a Large Tshirt.

Decisions, decisions. Expenses, expenses. La la la la la.

$400?! Wow.

I'm flying from San Antonio to San Diego round trip for $217 with American Airlines.

Check out Orbitz (www.orbitz.com) maybe? :)

Ryan,
You might want to try priceline.com for a better ticket price. I got a $240 fare from Florida. After taxes it ended up being at $300.

I just checked a couple of days ago and that fare looked as though it could still be had.

I am the self proclaimed king of finding cheap airfares if they are out there :) people have actually had me plan trips for them because of it. Ive spent 4 years arranging several flights per year between vermont and LA (and found flghts for as cheap as 160 bucks round trip :D ) ...ive exhauted EVERY option for this one. Priceline would be the cheapest at about 300 bucks, but I cant pick my airline and there are certain ones I HATE flying on...plus FF miles are important to me. Orbitz, travelocity, expedia, travelworm, cheaptickets, the airline sites, hotwire, priceline...been to all of them. ugh...400 dollars is just too much money for a stinkin domestic flight.

Don't feel bad, I was going to fly to Orlando in June for some other guitar thing (don't ask please) but decided not to. That round trip ticket at the time from San Antonio to Orlando was almost $600!

No way I was doing that. Glad I didn't go anyway. :)
