Hi everyone,

just wanted to invite you to my band's CD Release party this coming Friday! It's a Vancouver, Canada show so this is particularly for all who live in or are visiting the area :D But for those who do not, please check out our website anyways, perhaps you can keep us in mind when we start touring!
The website contains the full length songs of the CD - the bass you hear is a black sterling - I borrowed that black beauty from a friend of mine. I will be playing the sterling for our release party ;) yup, I'm excited about that!
(I don't own a MM yet, but have a Bongo coming soon!)

Great website. I listened to the entire jukebox. Good stuff. Congrats on the CD and enjoy the release party. That's a momentous event -- cool!

thanks max!

yeah, hopefully all the work pays off in an enjoyable show :)
I had a rather distressing dress rehearsal yesterday - all of a sudden things started to go wrong with my bass and amp, for some reason, there was a really annoying persistent clicking noise coming out of the amp. All of us couldn't figure out what it was...brought the bass and amp back home and it was fine! So hopefully it's just an isolated practise venue twilight zone night and that doesn't happen in the show itself...otherwise, doh!

have a great week!

My quartz watches transduce a steady click or chirp through pickups, some worse than others. Drives me nuts, so I take 'em off. Of course, I'm left-handed (wear watch on right wrist) and play right-handed, so the watch would be right over the pickups. It's a rum world...

good to know it happens to others, Bob. I tested it today again and it was fine...crossing my fingers for tomorrow! (I hope it's not caused by one of my guitarists' guitar/amp)

Thanks for checking out the site, Jim. Glad you like the tunes :)

Sometimes this is cell phone interference. Happens to our bass player all the time, 'cause he leaves his cell phone turned on, and either in his pocket, or sitting on top of the amp. It is intermittent and unpredictable.

Good luck with release party; nice website and tuneage.
