Tickets in advance required for this gig. I'll be in the 10th row (I believe). Look for a guy with a huge telephoto lens on his Nikon camera!

I'd like to go! I just saw him last night (friday the 22nd) in Milwaukee. WOW (picking jaw up off the floor) he's better than people say!

I just saw him (my second time) last Thursday here in his hometown of Jacksonville.

He's just tremendous as a player and comes across as a very humble person. Just remember when you are listening to him that he had no lessons. Amazing.

Well the concert was absolutely fabulous as usual. Doyle and daughter Hailey (CD out soon!) did a great job. I took a number of photos from the concert and posted them on my website. If anyone is interested, drop me a private message and I'll give you the web address to see the photos.

I will be at the Hix Brothers event as well. I've seen Doyle at a Sam Ash up in Buffalo Grove before with Chicago Sandy. Hopefully she can come this time as well! I think there is a $5 entrance fee, but not sure if you need to buy this in advance or not.

Doyle remembered me from previous events and gave me a big hug. What a country gentleman!

I told Doyle I'd see him there and he said that he expects to receive his T5 by then. He said I was really going to like the T5! :)

Be sure to introduce yourself. I'll probably have my camera and long lens with me again. I'm hard to miss with that thing... :)
