Greetings from the Lone Star State!

Beginning next Wednesday, March 9 Anderson Guitar Gallery will be hosting our first acoustic gathering. It will take place in Frisco, Texas from 6:30PM to 9. The plan is to do an informal picking circle, and possibly break out for some jamming and writing.

Beginners are welcome, and all acoustic players are encouraged to attend.

Re: Next week...
I'm gonna' have to brush up on my organizing skills, and have some kind of "line-up". My co-worker and I have been thinking of doing songs that he and I are familiar with, and he went out and downloaded some MIDI files into his Korg X3 synth...we all might end up playing past 10:30!:eek:

Sounds like the start of a great event.

I'll be there and Wade will as well, so that looks like 8-10 people. The weather is looking good so hopefully we can sit out on the patio!

I'l bring my new 000C-SMH (Merle Haggard), and you can do the setup and maybe a pickup!

about our "Friday evening" gathering @ Irving's Knights of Columbus building (2906 Rock Island) between 6:00pm and 10:00pm...
