BBQ Sunday 3/6 Come Join Us in LA (Koaguitarman & IQ_Below_2 ) @ 1pm

I know we are having a gathering in April but Russ & Twyla, Shoko and myself just wanted to have some fun before then. So I'm going to get a package of burgers from costco to BBQ and buy a bag of chips and get something to drink.

TJ's new Roland drums ( helps volume control and they sound great) are set-up so He and my sister will be here to just jam and eat...

If anyone of you out there would like to join us you are welcome to come on over and join in the fun. There's a couple of basses a PA and an amp or two already here. Don't worry you don't have to be a good guitar player (I'm not but I do have fun ) being a good eater will be a benefit :D

Good morning everyone....

I just re worked my Sunday schedule and I'll be home and ready for everyone @ 1 pm instead of 3 pm.
We will be ready to eat around 3 pm so that gives everyone time to get here and play a little before we eat.

Look forward to seeing you and if you can't get a baby sitter just bring the kids along. We have that whole back area we can close the front gate and the kids can play.

Yes, I've got my SWR Bass amp here so no need to carry one.
Russ is bringing his PA and I have a 4 channel PA so we have plenty of channels for plugging in guitars and mics

Also like to thanks Russ, Steve, TJ, Dale and all of the rest, you guys are great. Thanks for let me played your Taylor acoustic bass, it felt so good in my hand for some unknown reason. The only thing was it has no strap so there's no way to stand and try to sing at the mic. I think next time I'll bring my 30+ years old Fender P bass to play with you guys, and I really enjoyed play with the lefty drummer TJ his bass drum went well with my bass run.
Next time I'll ask Russ to show me some tricks in picking, and Dennis was wonderful on his 12 string Taylor so as Steve on his 6 string.
We'll see you all and more of AGF members on April 16th (I'll work only half day so I can join you guys around 1.00 p.m.)
And again it's our (I and Al) pleasures and honors to meet you all. :D :D

Nap.... We had a great time too. You and Al both helped make it fun and I'm glad you plan to come back again.... Oh Yea, I have a strap for the Bass, I just didn't think to get it out. (That's how I earned my Name)

The burgers & kielbasa were great.
The jam session didn't really hurt my ears. I was only kidding. It was just time to leave. Most of it sounded pretty good.
