Hi guys,
If you've been following the updates from J.R., you know that we need to provide our own transportation from the hotel to the Taylor factory.
If this is a need for you please make it known on this thread. Include how many are in your party. I'll assume you'll need transportation on both Friday and Saturday unless you state otherwise. Several very generous fellow TGF members have offered to help...
So...sound off :)

Well I know that I'm going to need a ride. I am assuming that the hotel is a quick cab ride from the airport? But I'd really appreciate a ride to the festival. It's just me btw, only 1 seat needed

The hotel is approx 6 miles from the airport.
Here are the details that J.R. sent out earlier for the shuttle service from the airport:

Hotel is located just a few miles from the San Diego
International Airport. Cloud 9 shuttle service offers a discount to Town and
Country guests. Either reserve ahead of time or just look for the Cloud 9
Shuttle vans at the airport. Mention that you're going to the Town & Country
in Hotel Circle and they should get the special rate of $8.50 per person
each way. Cloud 9 Shuttle: 800-974-8885. Taxis from the airport will be
between $15-$20 total, so for two or more people this might be a better
deal.

With everyone arriving at the airport at different times I think it wouldn't be realistic to try to coordinate rides for that, so yes, like you were thinking it would be a ride to the factory that we are tallying.

I'm going to endeavor to get the wife's van for this event. If I'm successful, I'll have room for some people, and I have absolutely no qualms about shotting down to Mission Valley (where the T&C is) to pick people up...

Taylorsmitten - I'm planning on having my bike flown out to California for the trip. Can I borrow your gig bag? I need something to carry my guitar in. :p
