Ok I am game, how many other players you have attending? Dumb question, but should we bring our guitars?
At this point it looks like there will be 6 or so of us. Yeah, please do bring your guitar!

Hey Lisa I have an idea, how about we list the guitars were gonna bring so that others can test them out. For example, I am currently in the market for an 814ce brazilian taylor and if someone has it, they could probably bring it in so that I can test it out. I know I have guitar that no one would want to test but I will list it anyway here goes;
Takamine EG530SC- if anyone was thinking about testing it out then be my guess.
Peace out,
Orlando

Unless something very unforeseen comes up, I'll be there.
Looks like it is easy enough to find Lisa, but I'll come early just in case.
(my son used to live on Baymeadows)
I'll bring a couple along, one Goody for Todd and maybe one of the new "kids".
Not sure about dinner just yet, but the rest is a GO.
Sounds good Rick. I plan to be there no later than 12:30.
I'll have the 512 custom and the Taylorstock 414 with me.
Gonna visit the Freebird Cafe'? :)
Bob
Not this go 'round...no cool gigs there at the moment. ;)

I'll be there but not until around 2 or so, I'll be up for dinner as well.....kind of bummed as I was working in the basement on Sunday and whacked my thumbnail on my right hand off (I keep a nice point on the left side that is no longer there!!) so my playing may have gone from bad to worse (LOL).......
Thanks for organizing this Lisa, and thanks to Rick in advance for allowing me to play his Goodall. I wish I could bring my OM-10 along, but I would like it to stay in one piece!!!! Look forward to seeing you all........HEY UNK, YOU OUT THERE????
Yeah man, I'll be there. :D
I'm up for dinner afterwards too. Lots of places around to choose from.

Ouch! sorry to hear that, Todd! You'll probably still play better than me though.
So, when are you heading from the frigid north to the frigid south? We've been freezing all week and the forecast isn't looking warm for awhile. :(
Unk, you're right...lots of restaurants in that area, so we should have no problem. I'm looking forward to meeting everyone. :)

Yes, I have been watching as the forecast temps have been slowly going down......the bummer is that is is cold enough at night that there may be frost in the morning.....I like to get out at 7:30am and start hitting balls, looks like it's gonna be later!!
It's been frigid! I know most would say we are whining and are tenderfoots, but when it is 30's-40's here it feels colder b/c of the humidity factor...it cuts right through you!
When are you headed down? I'll say a prayer for a warm front! :)

OK miss Lisa....the forecast is showing 45 and 46 for Sunday and Monday......what's the deal????????
Yikes! I guess that prayer didn't work!
BTW, the fellowship hall is at the back of the church and I'll be driving a red GTI so look for it and you'll know where to go. :D

Hey Lisa I have an idea, how about we list the guitars were gonna bring so that others can test them out.
Since my Yamaha is in pieces . . . I'm hoping to "test" several folks guitars. :D
I don't think I've ever played, (and I use the term loosely), a good quality guitar.
So far, it looks like I'll be able to make it, but unfortunately, my wife has to work at Winn Dixie from 10 to 6. So, we'll see. I just hate not bringing her.
(Ooops . . . that little "winky" thing, made it look like I didn't mean that!) :D
Don't forget to take pictures! :)

Help me out here. Ole Fitstop himself lives in Michigan. That's the place WAY up north they make cars or something like that. It gets COLD up there.
And he is complaining that it will be in the 40's down here this weekend.
I would think that was a warming trend compared to what the average temp. must be up there right now.
Lisa, maybe it ain't US that are the wimps !

 good point, Rick! Hitting golf balls in 40 degree weather should feel like a vacation compared to a Michigan winter. I fully expect him to show up in shorts for the gathering. :D
Here's the list I have of all attending:
