Sometimes when my guitar playimg interests are less interesting, I grab my baritone uke and strum it while I sing Beatles tunes. Any uke strummers out there?

Yes...same...I've had a Favilla baritone since I was 12 years old. It's a great switch from guitar and has a unique voice.

I play concert-sized ukulele mostly.

Yep. I used to play my uncle's when I was a kid, but I bought my own last year in Hawaii. It's one of the really small ones, but it's all koa. Pretty nifty.

Just noticed this thread and wanted to register my interest in ukuleles! I own a Samick Greg Bennett concert ukulele and a little Mahola soprano.

And I have a Samick Greg Bennett Concert, too. And an Oscar Schmidt Koa concert, an Oscar Schmidt spruce & rosewood concert, a Lanikai 8-string tenor, and a Lanikai 6-string tenor. Beatles tunes work very well on the uke, especially: Yesterday, Let It Be, Dear Prudence, and Something (in the Way She Moves).

I started out playing a uke but don't any longer. My Dad still plays one though. He also plays the tenor guitar. That remindes me of the credits for Queens "Good Company"- genuine Hawaiian ukulele (made in Japan)

I'm a Uker from time to time. Have you checked out this cool site? Uke chords for a whole lotta beatles tunes.

BTW, Here's a link to pix of my G-string Koa uke from the AGF Gallery. I picked it up in Hawaii two years ago. :D

That beatles uke site is too cool! I may have to get one just to try that out.
