Don Ross guitar week end

Some of you are probably wondering why I'm posting this thread here. Here's why.....

Some of you know I've been very torn between attending Taylorstock or the Swannanoa Gathering. The events happen on consecutive week ends. The Swannanoa Gathering is going to feature Don Ross this year in their faculty, and he is one of my favorites. The chance to meet and learn from him is just too good to pass up. However, Don Ross just announced a week end session in July in Toronto. This means I'll skip the Swannanoa Gathering. If I want to see Don Ross I can do it in July.

This means I'm going to be at Taylorstock:roll: !

WooHoo!!! I can vouch that with David along the fun can begin. hahaha :lol: J/K

But I say, the more the merrier. And now we have another person to play for the open mic. You'll all be amazed at how good he is with only 4 years of lessons in fingerstyle.

Glad it's finally official. Now maybe your wife can come(if she has the days off).

You're lucky....since most of the people coming are guys you should have no problem buddying up on a room. I'm looking for the same thing, but there aren't too many girls coming and the ones that are are either bringing their husbands or live in the SD area. I actually think we should start a roommate thread.
