MonroeStock - IV

Hey Folks ....

Following through from a related thread .... let's start from scratch and get a simple show of hands indicating serious interest and/or intentions of attending a potential FOURTH generation acoustic guitar workshop.

Preliminary 'CMA' Notes:

*This is neither a 'pre-registration' nor a commitment to or from anyone.

*'MonroeStock' is a 'non-event' without the Holloway's Music contingent .... the actual 'Yes / No' as well as much of the 'final say' rests upon their participation. I have not yet covered this with Marion Holloway. Will do so promptly as soon as your indications here justify same.

*No details or dates have been confirmed as of this writing. I'm suggesting these *speculative* dates:

October 9, 23, 30 ...... or ...... November 6.

So .... stand up and feel counted! ( Then, sit back down, click 'reply' and let the rest of us know. ) ;)

Thanks very much gang.

Rick,

If I'm on the right side of the country, my bride and I will be there....I'll bring my XXX-BE (my most amazing Taylor yet) and hope to see old friends and meet new ones.....I hope we spend some time during the weekend remembering Doc Jacobs.....we met him at MS III, and he was gone much too quickly.

October 9 is out completely. However, the 23rd 30th or nov. 6th would be, well, wonderful.

I'd sure love to make it. Missed it last year and have regretted ever since. At this point in time all dates look good.

Well, I'm a longtime member but I've never made it to any of the forum gatherings. Maybe this is the year that I finally take the plunge. Put me down as a "maybe".

Rick;

Definitely count me in as well, even though I haven't had a whole lot of time lately to so much as look at my guitar. The dates don't matter to me, but the sooner it's decided upon the better since it's always a struggle for me to get a Saturday off in a pinch. Thanks, and as always you have my help should you need it--

Rick-- As a charter Monroestock Member-- I'll be there-- and count Stan, too. I'll inform him he's got a date at Marion's place. Any date will do.

TimmyP-- Stan says you got to play some aged wood this week. How was it?

Lauren-- We've missed you.

I have gastric bypass surgery the 14th of Sept. and would likely not be able to travel by the 9th of October. The other dates, though, look good.

Hope I get to see you all there agin this year!

Rick, any word as soon as you know would really be helpful!

Peace,

Wade
