Newport Guitar Festival

I just learned that there will be a Newport Guitar Festival August 6-8 in Newport Rhode Island.

There will be instrument makers and musicians there. Should be fun.

Perhaps a few New England TGF-ers could meet for lunch and drooling over guitars at this festival???

Any one out there going? Bstring will be at the guitar festival Friday and a bit on Saturday and the folk festival Friday night and Sunday (Doc Watson among others).

On Friday, Grit Laskin, Linda Manzer and Ribbecke are giving a seminar on how to design a dream guitar.

Any one interested in a GAS support session?
