Arizona Gathering--How'd It Go?

Sorry we didn't post earlier.

We had a truly outstanding time. We had 4 people show, not a big crowd, but manageable from the standpoint of keeping all the guitars in tune. Almost seven hours of "we be jammin" with a pizza break for dinner. We expected to quit at 9:00pm because of the community center hours, but we pushed it to nearly 10:00 and would have gone longer if we could have. I'm sure there were some sore fingers the next day, but well worth it. There was some great music and friendships made that day. Peter (LOTF) has promised to post pictures.

The guitar/instrument ensemble consisted of a 712ceLTD, KLSM (all koa), 814ce, 854ceLTD (12 string in cocobolo), 70's vintage Martin D-18 with new frets and other minor mods, Ibenez dread, and Weber mandolin.

Peter has already suggested another gathering in Phoenix for May 8, and if we all press real hard, I'd bet we could make it happen.
