Costs will depend on what you participate in. Almost all costs will be voluntary, i.e., what you can/wish to afford to help instructors/performers to pay for their traveling expenses. But all voluntary, no preset charge, profit taking. Aside from that, there is the generator rental, Sanitation rentals, and I'm asking (he's not) a refundable damage deposit for the owner... he's not charging for the use of the property.

Updated:
We will rent a quality Wisper Watt or Wisper wasp Generator (probably a preset gate charge of $5 head or $10 per "carload" at the gate) to avoid the ruckus for the neighbors, and us. Dave is getting us a special deal. We will probably rent 2 honeybuckets and a handwash station. (another $10)

Updated:
Food (should you wish to share in any meals) probably around $10-15 per meal (if catered) or less depending on Do-it-ourselves potluck (inwork)... Plenty of bbq and some campstove cooking equip will be provide on-site, everyone local who has/can bring in a campstove/fuel, beverage Jugs, etc, should please do it.

Updated:
So if a single person wanted to figure to cover a Saturday-visit... I'd figure $5 generator + $20 meals + $5 damage deposit + $10 per workshops= about $40, again maybe a little more-less depending on meals/workshop donations. A single performance on Sunday... maybe $10.

Updated:
Damage deposit (probably $5 a head/ $10 carload) refundable afterwards if you desire, leave me a snail mail address ...or we'll do our best to divide it fairly to any traveling contributors (see above) afterward... no profit taking.

Updated:
Should a "broke" person pack in their own meals, they could get by on about $20.... every performer/instructor is considering their contribution "free", but in appreciation we'd like to at least try to offset their costs.

Updated:
Camp fires will be by permission only, if at all. Getting very dry and many spot fires, an error in judgement could get to be national news type stuff quickly. The site has approved firepits, but lifting or relaxing of burn bans depends on weather the week(s) before.

Updated:
No pets please. Owner's request, and anyone who's as generous as Dave ought to have their requests heeded. Highway 9 nearby and other factors have been
significant problems in the past.

PS - artists are ENCOURAGED to sell CD's to help offset their costs also.

Special thanks to JD, Stephen Boyke, Rick Ruskin, Larry Pattis, John Sorell, Tony Weber, Doc at Ultrasound, George, Owner Dave, Wishbone and others. ... Obviously, I am depending on several folks to help communicate/coordinate so if I've missed anyone or taken too much liberty in announcing representation
early, please accept my deepest apologies. Again for everyone's sake, no commitments should be considered firm except the facility... I will be directly communicating with each performer/instructor/displayer in the near future, and hopefully a flyer will be snail
mailed!

Updated:
Finally ANYONE wishing to participate or attend needs to be on the distribution and planning list.... it will make life plenty easier for all of us...

Thanks everyone,
