Hello:

I would appreciate any information / advice re: learning to play the Etta Baker Song: Carolina Breakdown. If you know of an instruction book, DVD, tabs, or the like it would be most appreciated

Thank you in advance,

Check out Homespun's The Fingerpicking Blues of Etta Baker.

You'll find it on the DVD.

Taylorplayer,

Au Contraire....you actually corrected me. I never knew the song other than the refs provided...I'm a bit new! Glad it worked.

Thank you, ;)

Jeremy.

This is one of my favorites from the Homespun DVD on Etta Baker. I love it. Let us know how you do with it.

Hi Taylorgyrl:

Will do... I'm going to order that DVD soon, and plan to get started on that song right away. When I hear that kind of music, I'm reminded of why I love being in the Southern Mountains so much.
