Billy Coulter Band tonite in Bethesda, Md

If I am not mistaken, Billy Coulter is a forum member here. Going to see him at Strathmore Hall in Bethesda after listening to selections of his music on the internet. Can't remember his forum name, but the music was really good, Strathmore is an incredible place, the show is very affordable, and its 10 minutes from my house. Saw a great Uke festival there Wednesday.

If I am right, maybe Mr Coulter can ID himself, and if anyone else is going and wants to say hello, let me know.

I saw the band a few months ago when they opened for Bill Kirchen at the Ram's Head in Annapolis -- a good, loud, energetic set! I've always been curious about the Strathmore venue, but haven't had a chance to get down there yet. Enjoy the show!

The show was good. The music was lively and energetic. Mix of originals from his 2 cds and a few nice covers of stones, lou reed, and bob dylan tunes. the outside summer concert series is a really nice venue, especially this year when DC weather has been incredibly cooperative. Love Kirchen. Glad he comes back to town regularly after moving to Texas.
