Fingerpicking Styles for Guitar by Happy Traum. Good?

I'm thinking of buying Mark Hanson's 'The Art of Contemporary Travis Picking' and 'art of solo fingerpicking'.

I'm also considering 'Fingerpicking Styles for Guitar' by Happy Traum. I don't really know whether or not this is an instructional book.
