Hello All
I have made arrangements to hold the 2009 Healdsburg McKnight Get-Together at the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Rosa Ca. at 870 Hopper Ave.
It will be from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM in there conference room. This will be a Non-Alcoholic event, Attendee's are advised to eat before they arrive!
It is my hope to see and meet you all there!
Hey, John! What a great idea you have come up with! This will give us, our AGF friends and our customers a chance to meet and greet each other.
We are looking forward to it and we will keep the evening set aside for your event. :D
Thank you for everything you and Connie have done to organize your event.

Hello Larry,
It being a hotel, I don't believe a sound system would be a good Idea! Feel free though to bring your guitars, they already know thats what this is all about. The conference room is about 800 sq. ft., I don't believe we will have any problem hearing each other!
Also while your there, I would love for you to play my McGit! I would really like to know what you think!

Sure - why not? Actually I'm pretty impervious to gas, but I'm not deaf, so I really enjoy the festival. Looking forward to meeting folks from the group this time around.

Hopefully I'll arrive in Santa Rosa in time for this.
My current plan is to get into LA Friday morning, catch the train up to San Luis Obsispo and get a rental car there. Then drive up California 1 to Santa Rosa on Saturday (should be about 8 hours, I think).
Or, I may fly up Thursday morning, and take TWO days to drive that 8 hour stretch.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but this is an 'Open House' sort of thing, isn't it, John? Where people can come and go freely anytime during those hours? Will you have a sign in sheet to expand e-mail friend lists?
C'mon, it's gonna be a good time, Shark. Can't you possibly take a few days off to make a wild trip out west? Rick S is retired now. I know his schedule is 'a little' mopre free. I believe Dennis (Strat) is, too. Are you sure you, Dennis (Strat), RickS and Beach Bob can't make a run to the other coast so I can pick on you guys. Do we HAVE TO wait until next year to see you gents again?? Go ahead and tell them I am talking about them in this thread. :D
You four would make it a party before we even get there.
Besides, John (Tarpon) would love to meet you, too! He's a great guy!

I planned to make the badges tomorrow, but a tourist has slipped into the McSchedule. I will make them on Saturday instead.
