Musicians Wanted

Are there any musicians in the area of Modesto, Stockton, Sonora California, who would like to get together and work up small group for the fun of it. I'm looking for experienced musicians of the baby boomer generation. People who have been there before and understand the difficulties of compromising egos. I write music and would like to spend some time recording with confident players.

I SOOOO wish I was closer......I want to start a "group, ensemble, band" whatever So bad I can taste it!!!!

I didn't think anyone would ever reply! I wish you were closer too! I know that ther are thousands of good musicians in my area, I just need another way to access them. Maybe a large music store? Good luck to you guys!
