I'm making another attempt to organise a get together in the north west of England.

If anyone's free on Saturday 28th March (afternoon) and would like to come to Chester for some friendly jamming and guitar chat, please send me a PM :D

The wife and I were actually planning on coming over to celebrate our 30th, but then the economy tanked.

But we still want to come, so we'll start saving up again.

You got anything planned yet for 2014?

No, but let me know when you're coming and I'll get the beers in :D

Sounds like fun, but the ferry is a bit expensive for a few hours of jamming.

True, but so did the pound relative to the dollar - there's never been a better time...

I'd be honoured to wend my way over to Chester.:)

Come on all you North of Englanders.
We want to see/hear your guitars.:D

Looking forward to seeing you, Graham :)

So far it looks like there will be three of us - still space for a few others :D

Hi Fliss,

Sadly Chester is a tad far for me (from Southampton). Take some pics though and let us know how it goes.

I hosted a similar do down here recently, though through another forum. Here's a thread to follow - later on it includes pictures of what we got up to.

Best of luck with yours, keep perservering !!

Hi Ian, will do! Sadly, I have the same problem when you organise your get-togethers on the south coast, that's too far for me. We need a smaller country - or a Star Trek transporter :D

The get-together is still going ahead even if it's a small group of us, but others who can make it are still welcome too!

There must be more out there, who want to see some tasty guitars, up close.
We'll show you ours, if you show us yours.
Be there or be square:)
