Sorry, I've been away for a while.
Vickie and I had about 50K worth of damages to our home from Ike last Sept.
We are still working on the house. I am hoping that all the repairs will be finished in the next month or two.
If we start planning now, We could possibly put a Get Together in place for April or May.
Let me know what you think!!

I hope to be able to make it out this year. I missed the last 2 I think. These are always a blast! April/May sounds great to me!

Sorry to hear about your damages, Joe. Ike was pretty brutal - although Brenham was pretty much spared. I hope you get them finished soon.

I'm sorry about the damage Ike did to your house.
At any rate, God willing, I'll be free on whatever weekend everyone decides on, and head down to Lake Houston!

I'd love to have a get together in April/May, and as always, We'd love to help you with stuff.
As far as when, The Tim and Bob Show calendar gets filled pretty quickly. I know for a fact that we are booked on May 16, 17 at the Becker Vineyards Lavender Festival. Here is our April/May calendar -

why sure! Although if it's late April to early May, I'll get kicked good by the missus because she'll have to miss it.

I'm really sorry to hear about your house. I hope it's all back to normal real soon.
Lrgo and I will be there if we can. I know the weekend of April 3-5 is out, as well as the Dallas guitar show weekend, but off the top of my head the rest are open (subject to change, of course).
That said, we'll be there if at all possible!

JoeWe have a gig on April 25th. We have a tentative gig on May 9th. We'll know more about that May 9th gig on March 7th (the group we are potentially playing for may be going out of business, and they are meeting on March 7 to see if they will continue to fundraise).
So, its too soon for us to decide.
Actually the best date for us is April 11, but I think April 12 is Easter so we may not get too many people interested.
Same menu sounds fabulous to us.

The show is April 17-19.
Turns out we have a gig the 10th, but as long as I don't have to be there early in the morning we could likely do the 11th if it came to that.

we got a baby boy popping out end of June, but we are really loving north TX(live about 20 miles north of Plano/Frisco) and would love to get out a bit and see more of TX. i know my wife's best friend is a realtor in Houston. could stop by and see louie too....
up in air, but let me know where you guys at in relation to Dallas....thanks!
i am new to the great country of Texas, been here since day before thanksgiving, but i recently received my TX passport so able to go almost anywhere now....:roll:

It's at Lake Houston...by Humble, TX which is close to a 4 hour drive...
We can car-pool if you want to. That is, if I don't have a gig on whatever date they decide on...

Humble is about a 15 min. drive north East of Houston on Hwy 59 North.
From there it is about another 15 to 20 min drive on FM 1960 East bound to the Lake.
We meet at the Lake Houston Marina right there on FM 1960 and Lake Houston.
Feel free to bring your wife and and friends.

May 9th works for me.
It will give everyone about 2 months to get ready and the outside temp. should still be mild here in South Texas.
After the last Get Together, I added a larger amp to the rack. We should have more than enough Pwr to do anything you guys would like.
I also have a couple of large speakers in my garage that I would like to get rid of. They are 2ft x 2ft and are 4ft tall. They are on casters and are covered in a black vinyl. They are free to anyone who thinks they might be able to use them. I can take them to the Get Together if anyone wants them.
