I'm doing a solo house concert in San Francisco Saturday March 7th at 7pm.
I´ll be bringing a few of the Santa Cruz guitars they made for me over the Summer for people to check out. I´m planning on sticking around all night if anyone want to jam, talk, etc. Shoot me an e-mail fairly soon at eric@ericskye.com to reserve a spot.
Sunday March 8th, from 2pm, I'll be doing a house concert house in watsonville California. It's $15 per person. For more information email tebr@cruzio.com

I'll put in a plug for Eric, I think the Jazz playing on his "Acoustic Jazz Guitar Solos" CD compares well with some similar music I have from Earl Klugh (Grammy Winner ).

I've got two of Eric's CD's. They're both well done. I'm hoping to be in the area, so I can drop in.

Wish I could be out there for one of the shows. But way too far away for this time around.
BUT, next time I get out to Laguna for the races I'll be sure to check out that shop on Cannery Row. That is one of my favorite places in Cal.
And we always have a night or two down there with the bikes when the races are in town.
COOL !

I've got Eric's CD's, a great player and great stuff! He's always been very helpful when I needed him. Here's an excellent chance for all you folks in that region to hear some very nice guitar playing. He doesn't stray to far from home, hint hint LOL, you should take advantage of it.
Cheers, Will

Eric, do you ever make it down to Southern California? Watched you play in YouTube, would love to see you in person. Anyone who plays a Santa Cruz is more than OK in my book. (You can guess what I have):)

Thanks:)
I haven’t been to Southern California in a while. But I'm up for it. I'm kind of focussed on the house concert and music store thing going forward (eliminates all of the stuff I hate about the music business) so if someone wanted to band together with some friends and get enough interest in your area, I'd go pretty much anywhere:)

OK, not a bad idea at all. So how many friends am I going to have to make in order for the interest to be worthwhile for a house concert?:)

We had a nice Eric Skye concert in Campbell (San Jose) last year. I can't remember how many folks came out...I want to say about 28 or 30. We had a great time and Eric's playing was outstanding.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to the SF or Watsonville concerts, but if you have a chance, you should check him out. You won't be disappointed.
Break a leg Eric! And, hope to catch the next time your in town.
