Hi all,
Wayne Henderson will be playing a show on Sunday, February 22, 2009 at Isadora's Books and Cafe on Railroad Ave., in Snoqualmie, Washington. The show is from 7 to 9pm. Wayne will be accompanied by Orville Johnson (a great dobro/guitar player) and Chuck Egner (also a great bass/guitar player). These 3 guys have done this show for the past 2 years and it's like they've played together for 20 years. Truly a special night, in a small (60 people max) intimate bookstore with a lot of character and charm.
Isadora's will sell coffee, beer, wine and latte's as well as chili with cornbread and tasty desserts. Get there early for a snack and to get a good seat.
Cover charge is $20.00 at the door. Not a money maker, but it's enough to bring these 3 wonderful guys together for a night of music and fun. If you can make it, it's worth the ride out to Snoqualmie. These guys are really good.
