And whatever "Friday night" plans you had, have fallen apart, and you are looking for someplace to go to hear acoustic music and play your instrument.....
I've got a solution for you!!
Eat something NOW, and put 312 Litchfield Turnpike, Bethany, Connecticut into Mapquest, or into your GPS, and show up just after 7:30, (that's an hour and a half from now), for a night you will NOT forget!!!
Bluegrass, Celtic, Blues, Folk, a ton of folks, at a free (did I say "FREE"?!) gathering, with food, (did I say "Food"?!) and drink, great conversation and great music, pro's and beginners.
Get up from your chair RIGHT NOW, and decide to show up.....I'LL be there to greet you!!!
