There is a new Wed. night Songwriter "No Cover/No Covers" Series debuting next Wed. night June 4 at the Baked Tomato Restaurant in Chicago. Details:

WED. JUNE 4, 8-10 pm
BAKED TOMATO RESTAURANT--4358 N. Elston (just north of the junction of N. Elston, N. Pulaski, and W. Irving Park Rd.--take the CTA Blue Line to Irving Park or the Metra NW line to Pulaski and walk n., or I-90 to Irving Park Rd. and turn n.).
Separate (listening/eating) room, no smoking, family-friendly, all ages.

Lineup: Host Lance Brown (who also paints to music!), Tricia Alexander, Al Day, and yours truly, Sandy Andina--all with bass accompaniment from Chicago jazz legend Doug Lofstrom.

And--AGF plug alert--June 25's show will feature our own Marshall Hjerkstedt!

Then on Fri. June 6, at 7 pm Andina & Rich will inaugurate the Friday Night Concerts in the Park outdoor (but tented) series at Governor Nelson State Park in Madison, WI; we'll cohost the open stage the next (Sat. June 7) night at Escape Java Joint, 912 Williamson St., Madison. There'll be an Andina & Rich set at Stephen Lee Rich's gig at Wild Hog In The Woods Coffeehouse at the Wil-Mar Center (cor. Jenifer & Ingersoll) in Madison on Fri, June 13.
