If you're in the bay area, perhaps you want to take a break from superbowl madness next sunday at drop in for my monthly round-robin acoustic gig at Mission City Coffee Roasters in Santa Clara. My guests will be Doug Adamz and Stevie Coyle. Stevie was until recently a member of the fantastic
"Waybacks". Steve's guitar playing is exceeded only by his sense of
humor, so it's great to have him back again. Doug Adamz is a
multi-instrumentalist with a long and diverse musical background
(including a stint in a band with Stevie Coyle). The last time Doug joined us, he wowed everyone with his huge acoustic guitar sound, but
who knows, this time he may show up with a fiddle, mandolin, or who
knows what?

I posted awhile back about Stevie's southeast run coming up soon, but didn't get much response. So here's a bump for a great picker and fantastic entertainer. I don't know Doug Adamz' music, but I'd go just for Stevie; anything else would be gravy ;)
