Anyone in the greater Portland Oregon area interested in an informal monthly gathering to sing and play songs acoustically should email Bill for details on the next gathering:

The setting is typically "living room" style and hosted in a variety of homestyle settings in a warm, inviting, encouraging, nurturing, and fun environment. The format (as the name implies) is a group of about a dozen friendly folk who take turns leading through a few personal favorites, typically in the folk, "sing along", Celtic, and often even A Capella style. The skill level is all levels but is open to interpretation and expansion to whatever suits your fancy, generally speaking. These usually convene on the second Tuesday of the month from 7:30-9:30 PM and invitations/directions are issued via e-mail the week prior.
