and I've seen it!

Yes, I have. Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes. It has strings and everything.

I saw my other guitar, too ... it's in finish.

And I saw someone else's TS guitar ... cocobolo ... GA ... Florentine cutaway ... who's is it?

Well ... they've been up for a few hours and no one's commented on them ... so I guess I just have to make the announcement that they're up ... I just got around to checking the links and they work just fine. No one's claimed the 814 with Florentine cutaway yet ...

So, I guess I've posted pictures of my completed guitar before I even get to touch it ... so when I do finally get it, I can just get down to playing it without you guys pestering me for photos. :)

Well now, Mary, you didn't say you posted pictures! I just looked them up, and those guitars are beautiful!

Now all I have to wonder about is how it sounds ... and wonder when I'll get to touch it. It's finished ... but I wonder how long it will stay in BT's office. I wonder if it's going to sound as good as I think it should. I wonder if I should have gotten a GA instead. And then the koa ... I wonder if that was the best combination ...

Oh, I shouldn't be thinking about these things ... so far I haven't gotten a Taylor dud. And now I'll have guitars without cutaways or electronics ...

No one is claiming the other cocobolo? It has to be a Forum guitar ... I don't think they're putting that grade of cocobolo on the standard limiteds ... I couldn't see the front to see if it said Forum, but I'd think it has to be one.

Well, it looks like the Forum guitars are mostly all done ... no labels since the the last ones I posted ... and now it looks like my PS is going to be done earlier than I thought (I was hoping late November/early December) ... so I won't have an excuse to go to Taylor anymore ... besides, I like the anticipation of waiting for a guitar. I can almost feel the let down already.

That's Mike Carter's Cocobolo. Here's a picture of his raw wood from Steve's site. Besides, he's the only one who got the florentine cutaway.

Have a problem? Call the detective...me!

Mike ... did you read the text I added after I thought about the moments before and after I recognized your guitar? It was funny ... some of the Factory workers thought it was my guitar ... I was so excited about seeing it.

I didn't expect (hoping though) to see either of my guitars today ... but I was wondering if I'd see yours. Oh, and Jeffrey, I think I saw yours again today ... still waiting for a neck ... I didn't take a picture of it because almost all of its back was blocked from view, but what I did see of it appeared to be yours.

Awww, where's my neck? :(

And no, not the one that holds my head up. I know where that one is. :D

Mary,

I definitely would not kill you for not getting pictures of my guitar, But I do LOVE you for getting them.

That's to funny, I can just see you shouting,
"That's a forum guitar" !!!

I am so glad you were able to get such nice shots, I am going to try to print them to some good glossy paper. I can't thank you enough.

Well I am leaving right now to go see Pat Kirtley, I will try to get some pictures.

Mike
