An-ti-ci-pay-yay-shun is makin' me late,
It's keepin' me way-yay-yay-yay-yay-tin'.....

Sorry, I've had that song in my head all day long, and I've learned that the only way to get rid of a song is to give it to someone else. And who else but my TGF buddies?

Meanwhile, I was gonna wait, but I figured what the heck. I just placed an order with FQMS for some gold tuners and ebony buttons for my 355c-LTD, and I can already see them on the guitar. The way things are going I may get the tuners before the guitar comes in :) but like I said, what the heck.

Yeah. I picked up a used Fishman Pro EQ2 from a forum member and a couple of used john Pearse armrests from another forum member, bought Taylor straps at Taylorstock, picked up extra strings at Manny's, all in . . .

ANTICIPATION

of my TS guitarz!

Joe, your post reminded me that I also bought a Rare Earth Blend thru ebay! I also just realized that I forgot to order extra strings for it. This could easily get out of hand.

Speaking of getting things ready for the big day, does anyone know where I can pick up a nice guitar stool that's reasonably priced? I need to get rid of the old plastic folding chair in my guitar room that might offend my new TS guitar.

If you can squeeze out a little money you will never regret buying the SoundSeat. Lots of people here use them and love them. You will find that your practice time will be MUCH more comfortable and that because of that you will play longer and better.

I have the TV on in the background while I'm surfing this evening, and I just heard "Anticipation" coming out of the box in a new Heinz ketchup commercial. This is very creepy.

Thanks Lisa. Based on my quick search it looks like the SoundSeat is highly regarded. I just missed the 10% off sale :( but I should give J.R. a call anyway.

Do give him a call. I'll bet he'll surprise you somehow.
He's a great guy who really cares about his product and customers. I love my seat :)
Be sure you tell him you're a TGF member.

Well, it's October 2nd. We're another day closer to receiving the guitars.

When is Mary going back to the Taylor factory?

Agreed! Do a search on SoundSeat and you'll find many glowing reviews. This guitar chair will definitely save your back and keep you playing comfortable for much longer periods of time - you can't put a price tag on that. The first night I got mine, I played for 2 hours straight and only my fingers got tired. :)
